KAREN KAROW, President – Karen is Vice President of Corporate Services with Church Mutual Insurance Company in Merrill. She was inducted into Church Mutual’s President’s Achievement Club in 2001. Karow has held leadership positions with the Mid-Wisconsin Insurance Association, National International Association of Insurance Women Professionals, and Merrill Business and Professional Women’s Organization where she earned the Business Professional of the Year award in 1978. She is currently the Membership Chairman President-elect for the Merrill Rotary Club. Karow has served as an ambassador for the Merrill Area Chamber of Commerce, and is a past president of the board of education for Trinity Lutheran School in Merrill.
ART LERSCH, Vice President - Art was born and raised in Ohio and has been in Wisconsin for seven years. He is married with two young boys at home. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Community Resource Development for the University of Wisconsin-Extension, Lincoln County. Art works with numerous nonprofit, government, and business entities throughout the county helping them to develop increased organizational capacity. He currently serves on the boards of directors for HAVEN, Inc. and the Good Samaritan Health Center Foundation.
KRIS MCGARIGLE, Secretary/Treasurer - Kris is President of Ministry Good Samaritan Health Center in Merrill, Wisconsin. Kris obtained her Bachelor’s in Nursing from University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh, and an MBA from George Washington University. Kris also serves on the Merrill Area United Way Board, and was previously on the board of Susan G. Komen for the Cure—Central Wisconsin. Kris also volunteers her time at the St. Vincent De Paul Free Clinic in Merrill.

S. CELINE GOESSL – S. Celine is the Provincial of the U.S.A. Province and President of the Sisters of Mercy of the Holy Cross Corporation.

RICHARD REINDL – President and owner of Reindl Printing Inc. with headquarters located in Merrill.
TOM KRYSHAK – Tom is a graduate of Wausau High School and the University of Wisconsin. He was a Corporal in the U.S. Army Airborne. Tom was a Certified Public Accountant and Chief Financial Officer of Wausau Insurance and Nationwide Insurance. He is retired and now is active in the Resurrection Parish.

CHRIS McCARTHY DVM – Chris is a veterinarian and owner of Rockwood Hospital for Pets in Merrill. She has lived outside of Merrill on a farm for over 20 years. Chris and her husband are members of St. Francis Church and she has taught Science and Religion in St. Francis' Middle School for three years. Chris is also a Registered Nurse. She is President of the Board of Emergency Vets of Central Wisconsin, a board member of St. Vincent De Paul in Merrill, and Vice President of the Board for Stable Hands (a therapeutic horseback riding program).

MARIANN VENROOY – Mariann is the Project Manager at CDW Berbee in Schofield. She has an Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Project Management from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee. Mariann has held leadership positions with the Mid-Wisconsin Insurance Association and is involved in the National Association of Insurance Women. Mariann was the coordinator for Church Mutual Insurance for the America Cancer Society's Daffodil Days, and has served as an officer on the Church Mutual Employees Association and Church Mutual Toastmasters.


VAL MINDAK - Val is President/CEO of Park City Credit Union in Merrill, WI. She is a graduate of the Darden School of Business and has over 28 years of financial institution experience. Val also serves as a Director for the Wisconsin Credit Union League and has chaired various sub-committees representing Wisconsin Credit Unions and their members for the past 15 years. She received the prestigious designation of Certified Chief Executive Officer in 2004 from the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES), Madison, WI.
MIKE NOLAN - Mike is married with four adult children. He retired in 2004 after serving for more than 24 years as Judge for Lincoln County. He is the President of the St. Vincent de Paul Outreach program in Merrill and is a member of the Rotary Club.
