does assisted living include? |

At
Bell Tower Residence, an individual may live in
any available apartment he or she chooses. Personal
services are available on an as needed basis and
all of our units are private. Assisted living
includes three meals daily in the neighborhood
dining room plus snacks, housekeeping and linen
service, utilities (except high speed internet),
and seven hours of personal care services provided
by our professional staff. Additional personal
care services are available. |

Our
philosophy is to encourage independence among
all our residents. Staff is also available to
provide total personal care, if needed, on a 24-hour
basis. |

Medicare help pay rent or assistance? |

Unfortunately,
medicare is not available to supplement resident
rents or personal cares provided by our staff. |

Will
long-term care insurance help pay for my stay? |

Long-term
care insurance may help pay for your stay. Each
policy is unique. Contact your insurance company
as to the specific coverage available regarding
your stay at Bell Tower Residence. |

long do I have to stay? |

There
is no set length of residency at Bell Tower Residence.
However, a resident must give a written 30-day
notification that he or she wishes to move. |

I bring my car? |

You
may bring your car. We have designated resident
parking spaces. |

Can
I leave for a time and visit relatives? |
A: |
Residents
often spend time with family and friends for holidays
and vacation. We just ask that management be notified
of the absence. |

is Hospice? |
| A: |
When
residents move to Bell Tower Residence they usually
do not want to think about moving again. When
end-of-life issues become more challenging, we
partner with Hospice to assist residents in maintaining
quality of life in their final days in the surroundings
they are accustomed to and the staff with whom
they are familiar. |
